 Welcome to White Horse Productions! My name is Kirsten Wellman, and this is my little corner of cyberspace dedicated to my customizing studio (and my passion for horse racing and equine color genetics.) I have been a model horse collector since I was four years old---I collect mostly Breyers, but I also have a herd of Hartlands, Hagen-Renakers, and Beswicks. I began customizing partly to support my OF addiction, and partly because I couldn't really afford to buy other artist's work. My customs are just starting to hit the live show scene, and they are already multi-champs and multi-NAN qualifiers.

I am also a student of all things Celtic, hence my logo, the White Horse of Uffington. It is a hill-figure carved into the chalky soil of Oxfordshire, England, by the ancient Celts. I thought it was the perfect representation of my interests. (I earned my bachelors degree in Celtic history/archaeology at the University of Georgia, and I am now pursuing further studies in grad school at the University of Chicago.)
